• 2–4 years of project coordination or management experience, ideally in agency or marketing settings.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agency workflows, approvals, and budgeting basics.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of projects across brands and teams.
• Help move projects from intake through execution to final delivery.
• Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work on schedule.
• Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables across projects.
• Flag risks and escalates issues early to keep momentum.
• Assist with meeting notes, next steps, and documentation.
• Support scope, budget, and resource tracking where applicable.
