Stanley Black & Decker Colombia Services S.A.S. is seeking a Junior Creative Project Analyst to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple brands in a fast-paced in-house agency.

The role emphasizes managing timelines, maintaining trackers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep work on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow a career in project management within a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years of project coordination, project management, or related experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, estimating, or resource tracking
• Understanding of agency processes and approvals

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of projects across multiple brands, teams, and deliverables
• Help move projects from intake through execution and final delivery
• Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work aligned, on schedule, and moving forward
• Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Flag risks, delays, and roadblocks early, and elevate as needed
• Maintain accurate project details in project management tools and shared documentation
• Assist with meeting coordination, status notes, follow-ups, and next steps
• Support scope, budget, and resource tracking where applicable
• Help ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with the brief
• Organize project files, approvals, and final assets
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency and workflow clarity
