Formación

• 2–4 years of project coordination or related experience
• Experience in agency, creative, marketing, or cross-functional business environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of projects across multiple brands
• Build and maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to stay on schedule and aligned
• Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and deliverables
• Flag risks and escalate as needed
• Maintain project details in management tools and documents
• Assist with meeting coordination, status notes, and next steps
• Support scope, budget, and resource tracking where applicable
• Ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with the brief
• Organize project files and final assets
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency
