Formación
- 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Delivery Operations, or PMO support.
- Experience in advertising, production environments, or marketing organizations.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
Responsabilidades
- Support Project Managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate briefs into structured project plans, timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate inputs, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, dashboards, and status reports.
- Monitor progress against timelines, milestones, and delivery objectives.
- Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks; escalate as needed.
- Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and staffing requirements.
- Ensure governance, approvals, and workflow compliance.
