Job summary

BuildTx Solutions, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a background in engineering or construction to lead residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. This fully remote role requires strong English and Spanish communication and availability to work during U.S. Central Time.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, and design professionals, ensuring compliance with U.S. codes and tight project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience, preferably residential.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and coordination knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with U.S. residential construction and codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules covering preconstruction, procurement, construction, inspections, and closeout.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and coordinate with field teams and designers.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, purchase commitments, and change orders; protect margins.
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to avoid bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, permitting, inspections, and documentation for residential projects.
• Provide clear project updates and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Track inspections, punch lists, warranty documentation, and final handoffs.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans to improve workflows.
