Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking detail-oriented Construction Estimators & Project Coordinators to join our talent pool, supporting US-based construction companies from a remote Colombia location. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, review blueprints, and coordinate project documentation.

Strong analytical skills, ability to read drawings, and proven ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction estimating or project coordination.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and mathematical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates from plans, specs and scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
• Review blueprints and technical specifications.
• Coordinate project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Track schedules, budgets and project progress.
• Support project managers with planning and procurement.
• Maintain organized project records and documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
