THEIA JOBS is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented landscape design and estimating professional to join our remote team from Colombia or Latin America. You will handle design work, cost estimates, coordinating projects from inquiry to installation.

This long-term role emphasizes building scalable systems, SOPs, and workflows, with collaboration across operations and client communication. Proficiency with AutoCAD/SketchUp, and English fluency are required.

Formación

• College degree in Landscape Architecture, Agronomy, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in landscape design, estimating, construction, or project coordination.
• Experience reading construction plans and preparing quantity takeoffs.
• Strong understanding of landscape plant material and installation methods.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, LMN, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar is a plus.
• Conversational English required (comfortable meeting with U.S. customers and team members).
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare landscape estimates and proposals.
• Create landscape designs from surveys, photos, and client requirements.
• Select plants and materials suitable for tropical/subtropical climates.
• Perform material takeoffs and cost estimates for installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate material orders and project logistics.
• Participate in customer discovery calls to understand goals.
• Follow up with customers and answer project questions.
• Prepare project documentation for installation crews.
• Organize project files, photos, and documentation.
• Support estimating for commercial and public bid projects.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on site visits and field execution.
• Organize project photos/content for marketing and portfolio development.
• Develop material libraries, design standards, SOPs, templates, workflows.
