Job summary

OpenLabor seeks a remote, commission-based salesperson to acquire owner-run businesses (5–100 employees) and deliver value through AI automation workflows. You’ll audit a client’s operations, price the value of reclaiming time, and close on a live automation with a yearly contract.

You’ll stay the client’s point of contact, conducting monthly reviews and expanding workflows to grow recurring commissions. Prior success with small-business owners is valued and independence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing small-business owners.
• Willing to work on a commission-only model.
• Independent and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Audit the business with the owner to identify 2–4 weekly tasks and price the value of reclaiming that time.
• Close deals on a trial with one automation and a written success definition.
• Maintain the client relationship with monthly value reviews and expanding workflows.
