Job Duck, LLC is hiring a Client Experience Specialist to manage prospective client inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain client data using Lawmatics and Clio. The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and efficient lead management in a remote, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with intake processes, CRM systems, and Google Workspace, and possesses strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year of Intake Specialist experience.
• Experience with Lawmatics is required.
• Experience with CRM and lead management platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and respond to incoming communications from prospective clients.
• Assist with social media inquiries and incoming prospect communications.
• Maintain client information within Lawmatics and Clio; ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate appointments and scheduling through Calendly; support reporting and business development.
