Job summary

Heirloom seeks an Offshore Cash Management Specialist to manage daily cash transfers across a multi-entity portfolio and ensure liquidity for payroll, vendor payments, and tax obligations. This role operates within strict controls and premium data security while coordinating with accounting and leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in cash management, proficiency with ACH/wire transfers, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4+ years in cash management, banking operations, or accounting.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity environments and intercompany transfers.
• Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily intercompany transfers across multiple bank accounts and entities per cash plans.
• Monitor balances to ensure liquidity for payroll, vendor payments, taxes, and debt service.
• Maintain daily bank reconciliations for accurate transaction records.
• Coordinate with accounting/leadership to anticipate funding needs.
• Initiate transfers per internal control procedures and approvals.
• Support month-end/year-end close with cash movement docs and reconciliations.
• Maintain cash planning logs and organized banking docs.
• Assist in access controls and signer lists to protect confidential data.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to optimize cash positioning across entities.
