Heirloom is hiring a remote finance accountant to support real estate accounting and US-based financial reporting in a fast-growing luxury brand environment. The role requires GAAP familiarity, strong English skills, and experience with cloud accounting software.

The position is fully remote with compensation based on experience, and opportunities to work with a US-based luxury brand are highlighted.

Formación

• 2–5 years of real estate accounting and US-based financial reporting (GAAP).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hospitality revenue accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and close.
• Review and record revenue.
• Support AP/AR processes, including bills and invoices.
• Review mortgage and utility payments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and general ledger.
• Assist with cash flow and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Contribute to special projects for the finance team.
