INGEPSY is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to support a dynamic logistics team from Medellín. You will manage carrier relationships, resolve shipment issues, and help optimize performance through data-driven feedback and proactive problem solving.

You will collaborate with the tracking team to ensure timely resolutions, manage daily carrier operations, and support trailer pool and settlements while working remotely with provided equipment.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Carrier Sales or related role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with carrier networks and logistics processes.
• Work from home. Equipment provided.

Responsabilidades

• Carrier Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with carriers, ensuring strong communication and trust.
• Issue Resolution: work with tracking team to address delays and implement corrective actions.
• Carrier Performance: review scorecards, identify trends, provide feedback before meetings.
• Process Management: develop and implement processes with carriers so daily ops run smoothly.
• Trailer Pool Management: assist to ensure trailer availability and relocate as needed.
• Execute day-to-day carrier ops tasks including carrier switches, accessorials, retenders, diversions.
• Carrier Watch list & Settlement: ensure loads are closed with proper docs to prevent delays in payment.
