INGEPSY is seeking a Cardiology Patient Navigator (Coordinator) to support a busy U.S.-based cardiology team. The role focuses on patient communication, scheduling, care coordination, and clinical documentation in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has a clinical background (CNA, MA, RN or equivalent), 3+ years in healthcare or telehealth, and strong English communication. You will manage a 150+ patient caseload across priorities while working U.S. business hours.

Formación

• Clinical background in healthcare (CNA, MA, RN or equivalent).
• 3+ years in healthcare, telehealth, or medical office settings.
• Experience in care coordination or care management, preferably telephonic/remote.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong patient-centered communication; English proficiency.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (CT).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient care and scheduling for remote cardiology operations.
• Conduct telephonic or remote outreach to reinforce care instructions.
• Support cardiology care pathways and CHF management coordination.
• Maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with billing documentation and insurance coordination as needed.
• Manage a high-volume caseload (150+ patients) with clinical precision.
