Formación

• 3+ years in healthcare, telehealth, or medical office settings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient scheduling, reminders and follow-ups in EMR/EHR systems.
• Conduct telephonic or remote outreach to reinforce care instructions and coordinate next steps.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care for 150+ patients.
