Job summary

Interscripts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access, RTE & Referrals Analyst to join our healthcare IT team.

The ideal candidate will implement, configure, support, and optimize the Epic Patient Access suite, including Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) and Referrals, coordinating with patient access, registration, scheduling, revenue cycle and clinical teams. This role requires Epic Patient Access Certification, 3+ years of hands-on Epic experience, and willingness to work from Kondapur,

Qualifications

Epic Patient Access Certification (mandatory).
3+ years of hands-on Epic Patient Access, RTE and Referrals experience.
Experience supporting integrated Epic applications and revenue cycle workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Epic Patient Access, RTE, and Referrals.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Design, test, and deploy Epic enhancements and configurations.
Support patient registration, insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations.
Perform testing and documentation; collaborate with other Epic analysts.
