The ideal candidate will implement, configure, support, and optimize the Epic Patient Access suite, including Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) and Referrals, coordinating with patient access, registration, scheduling, revenue cycle and clinical teams. This role requires Epic Patient Access Certification, 3+ years of hands-on Epic experience, and willingness to work from Kondapur,

Formación

• Epic Patient Access Certification (mandatory).
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic Patient Access, RTE and Referrals experience.
• Experience supporting integrated Epic applications and revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and support Epic Patient Access, RTE, and Referrals.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design, test, and deploy Epic enhancements and configurations.
• Support patient registration, insurance eligibility, referrals, and authorizations.
• Perform testing and documentation; collaborate with other Epic analysts.
