HireHawk Inc. is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal for a remote, full-time contractor role supporting employment-based immigration matters for US and Canadian clients.

You will independently manage a high-volume caseload and prepare filings for H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1 and E-3, with attention to detail and professional client service. The role requires strong English writing and communication, bilingual ability in Spanish when needed, and rigorous case management.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of direct business immigration paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Hands-on experience preparing and supporting filings for H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1 and E-3.
• Experience with PERM, I-140 and I-485 case support including complex documentation workflows.
• Strong ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for client-facing work.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a high-volume employment-based immigration caseload with accuracy and strong client service
• Prepare and file non-immigrant petitions including H-1B/H-4, L-1A/L-1B/L-2, TN, O-1, and E-3 matters
• Support immigrant processes including PERM, I-140, I-485 and related filings
• Draft strong, compliant support letters for O-1 and L-1A filings
• Draft basic letters for H-1B filings and simple RFE responses
• Maintain case tracking, calendars, and internal documentation to meet deadlines
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders in English and Spanish as needed
• Ensure all drafting and client communications are human-written, not AI-generated
