Our client is a US-based law firm specializing in family-based immigration. They are seeking a detail-oriented US Immigration Paralegal to support attorneys with petitions, documentation, client communication, research, and case management in a fully remote role.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of US immigration paralegal experience, a law degree or attorney background from their home country, strong English, and familiarity with USCIS processes. Clio or Docketwise experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience as a US Immigration Paralegal.
• Strong understanding of USCIS processes and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong deadline management and ability to work remotely.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, documents, and correspondence.
• Support family-based immigration matters including petitions and consular processing.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents and evidence.
• Track case deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and missing documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
• Maintain organized case files and case management records.
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely submission of cases.
