Bionic Talent is seeking a detail-oriented US Immigration Paralegal for a US-based family-based immigration practice. The role is fully remote and requires hands-on experience with US immigration matters and USCIS processes.

You will support attorneys with case preparation, client communication, research, and document management from Latin America. The position offers a monthly salary of USD 1,200–1,600 and US federal holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a US Immigration Paralegal.
• Strong experience with US family-based immigration cases.
• Law degree or attorney experience from home country is preferred.
• Knowledge of USCIS processes and immigration terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review immigration petitions, applications, supporting documents, and legal correspondence.
• Support family-based immigration matters, including petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
• Collect, review, and organize client documents and supporting evidence.
• Track case deadlines, USCIS notices, filing requirements, and RFEs.
• Communicate with clients to collect information and missing documentation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and case management records.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
