Bamboo Works is building a pool of skilled Bookkeepers, CPAs, and Accounting Specialists to support international clients on US or AU engagements. The role is fully remote, with flexible part- or full-time opportunities, and engagement as an independent contractor.

Ideal candidates have US GAAP exposure, strong QBO/Xero experience, and comfort managing multi-currency transactions. Work hours align with US or AEST business times, with competitive USD rates based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with US GAAP and tax filings for US or AU markets.
• Proven track record handling foreign accounts for US or AU clients.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting platforms (QBO, Xero) and multi-currency workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts using QuickBooks Online or Xero, categorizing expenses and maintaining up-to-date ledgers.
• Generate and issue client invoices, track payments, manage retainer billing, and handle vendor payments.
