BruntWork is seeking a dedicated bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant (Spanish) to join our remote team. The role covers intake through trial preparation, drafting and filing legal documents, summarizing medical records, and managing case files while ensuring crucial court deadlines are met.

You will communicate with clients, medical providers, and court personnel in English and Spanish, using legal software such as Clio or MyCase, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in personal injury litigation.
Familiarity with filing, calendaring, and court deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office and legal practice software.

Responsibilities

Assist lead litigation paralegal through intake to trial prep.
Draft, proofread, and file pleadings and discovery documents.
Summarize medical records and manage case files.
Calendar deadlines, court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
Communicate with clients, providers, and court personnel professionally.
Prepare trial exhibits and hearing binders.
