Resolv Global is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for a remote role open to candidates in Mexico and Colombia. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve delinquent accounts while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with FDCPA in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in third-party collections
• Deep understanding of FDCPA regulations
• Strong English communication both written and spoken
• Fluent Spanish communication
• Remote/work-from-home experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls professionally and efficiently
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve delinquent accounts
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication with customers
• Accurately document all account interactions and updates
• Ensure full compliance with FDCPA and collections regulations
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Maintain professionalism and composure during challenging conversations
