Job summary

Arvenda LLC seeks two autonomous billing professionals in Colombia to manage international corporate accounts. You will resolve billing questions directly with global Directors and VPs, lead communications via calls and emails to collect outstanding invoices, and issue credit notes as needed.

Applicants must have flawless English (C1+), proven B2B billing experience, advanced Excel, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks or similar). This is a 100% remote role based in Colombia.

Proven experience in B2B corporate billing.
Advanced Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks or similar.

Responsibilities

Manage international corporate accounts and resolve billing inquiries with global Directors and VPs.
Issue credit notes, correct pricing, generate reports in ERPs, and upload invoices to client portals.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams.

ERP & Portal Operations: Issue credit notes, correct pricing, generate reports via internal ERPs, and manually upload invoices to individual client billing portals.
