Job summary

Hire Emerald is seeking a proactive BDR / Sales Operations Specialist to own the attorney acquisition pipeline, from identifying prospective attorneys to scheduling meetings and improving workflows. This remote role works with a U.S.-based commercial team and requires strong English communication skills and experience with CRM tools.

The position is fully remote from Latin America, with Monday–Friday U.S. Eastern Time business hours and a fixed compensation of $2,200 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BDR, SDR, outbound business development, or sales ops.
• Proven outbound prospecting and lead follow-up experience.
• Experience managing CRM pipelines (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) or similar.
• Ability to track metrics, identify funnel bottlenecks, and improve conversions.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting across multiple channels (Indeed, PosseList, email, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Engage attorneys, manage follow-ups, re-engage unresponsive leads.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executive; reschedule missed meetings.
• Coordinate screening, vetting, and onboarding activities for attorneys.
• Maintain accurate CRM statuses and next actions; monitor funnel performance.
