100Hires is seeking a driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for its B2B SaaS recruiting platform, from discovery to close. You’ll conduct live demos, map customer pain points to features, and craft tailored follow-ups to boost conversions in a fully remote setting.

You’ll also run weekly webinars, engage prospects, and maintain CRM hygiene while collaborating with a growing team in a fast-paced, bootstrapped environment with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS software.
• Experience with HR tech, recruiting, or ATS is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable with remote async communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Conduct live demos and handle objections confidently.
• Map customer pain points to 100Hires features and use cases.
• Write clear, personalized follow-up emails and design sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and educate leads/customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and data integrity.
