Power Digital is an AI-driven growth firm helping brands scale by aligning strategy, execution, and measurement. The Associate Account Director will oversee a portfolio of 4–6 B2B clients, translate data into actionable insights, and guide cross‑functional teams to meet business objectives.

You’ll partner with client marketing and sales to bridge MQL to pipeline, ensure ICP alignment, and drive revenue growth.

Formación

• 4–7 years in B2B marketing or client services.
• Understand pipeline metrics (MQL/SQL/CPL/win rates).
• Familiar with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Comfortable presenting to VP/Director stakeholders.
• Cross-channel fluency across paid, SEO, content and ABM.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of 4–6 B2B accounts and act as primary strategic partner.
• Translate data into insights and guide internal teams to deliver ROI.
• Lead weekly client calls and coordinate with PMs for on-track execution.
• Ensure alignment of ICP, campaign priorities, and reporting cadence.
• Support quarterly strategy, renewals, and service expansion conversations.
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
