Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their portfolio. Role requires self-motivation, accountability, and collaboration with account leadership to evolve strategy across the media mix.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in digital marketing and hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other networks. Flexible work setup, strong communication, and a focus on measurable results are essential.

Formación

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience; 1-2 years in an agency setting.
• Experience with campaign development and optimization: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, strategy.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing presentations a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media platforms.
• Manage budgets and advise on changes with accurate pacing.
• Lead optimizations for performance relative to goals.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams; provide weekly updates.
• Develop and maintain client testing roadmaps; drive experimentation.
• Identify opportunities and risks and propose proactive strategies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and QA across channels.
