The ideal candidate will design automation for appointment scheduling, referrals, social media publishing, and onboarding, integrating Claude, Zapier, N8, Make, and Airtable to deliver repeatable results across clinics and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automation, systems operations, or process design.
• Direct experience with healthcare professionals, clinical workflows, or medtech companies.
• Strong onboarding processes and training enablement at scale.
• Technical proficiency with automation platforms.
• Fluent in English (C1).
• Startup or early-stage company experience.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare & Clinical Operations Automation: design workflows for scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Create tools to streamline surgeon workflows, data collection, reporting, and compliance.
• Integrate automation platforms with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to identify pain points and deliver automation solutions.
• Marketing Automation & Content Creation: build automation frameworks for social media, analytics, and content pipelines.
• Automate content repurposing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and clinic sites.
• Integrate AI tools for semi-automated video editing, captioning, and campaign management.
• Partner Onboarding & Enablement: automate onboarding from contract signing to activation.
• Automate creation of customized implementation programs and training guidelines.
• Build scalable playbooks using Notion, HubSpot, and dashboards.
• Enable clinics with self-serve onboarding portals, checklists, and training progress tracking.
