A remote legal services company is seeking a Mid-Senior level Attorney for administrative support in legal operations. This position offers remote flexibility, a salary of USD $7 - $12 per hour based on experience, and a full-time commitment. The successful candidate will have a law degree and a valid license to practice, along with strong English communication skills and at least 2 years of experience in a U.S. law firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support lawyers with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide administrative support during trials, including the preparation of case briefs and summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony.
• Assist in trial preparations, including case briefs and summaries.
• Conduct research and gather case-relevant information.
• Draft and file basic legal documents.
• Manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, at a C1 level.
• Must have a law degree and a valid license to practice in your respective country.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lawyer in a U.S. law firm or U.S. company.
• Proficient with online tools (video conferencing, cloud storage).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
• Available to work in US time zones.
