Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Creative Director to lead a pod of creatives, balancing leadership with hands-on craft. You will present directly to clients, steer strategy, and ensure top-tier creative outputs across channels.

The role offers a fully flexible work environment, with a path toward Managing Director and opportunities to push innovative creative work. You will guide the team, mentor talent, and maintain rigorous QA, driving growth for clients while expanding the service

Formación

• 7–8 years of digital marketing/creative experience, with 5+ years in an agency setting.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on, expert-level experience across creative disciplines (copywriting, design, production, strategy, and/or post-production).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team, including performance management and development planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a pod of creative professionals (Strategists, Designers, Editors, ACDs), owning hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day leadership.
• Able to meet directly with clients and explain strategy, performance, and channel nuance; provide hands-on coverage when needed.
• Own the evolution of Creative’s product and craft, driving innovation and maintaining high creative standards.
