Job summary

Booth and Partners seeks a senior AI solutions architect to lead Qore onboarding, AI operating model rollout, and tooling vetting. You will own cross-functional collaboration, build client-specific AI workflows, and enforce strict data confidentiality while delivering robust dashboards and forecasts.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, rigorous vetting, and clear documentation, with a focus on cost-aware Claude deployment and secure, scalable client solutions.

Qualifications

• Advanced Claude workflow development experience with shared AI pipelines.
• Proven change management, tool adoption, and training delivery.
• Disciplined vetting: review code, test tools, reject unsafe solutions.
• Fluent SQL (CTEs, windows) and Python for data tasks and API work.
• Experience building reliable BI reports and reconciling data across sources.
• Clear, accessible SOPs and internal documentation.
• Ability to work asynchronously with overlapping US hours.
• Ability to protect data across competing client brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and rollout of Qore platforms across client teams.
• Develop and maintain client-specific AI workflows and tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards for sales, ad performance, and inventory forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT to define security boundaries and access controls.
• Document SOPs and best practices for busy, non-technical colleagues.
• Ensure cost effectiveness by optimizing token usage and contracting with vendors.
