Robots and Pencils is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production AI/ML systems. You will own end-to-end features, develop data pipelines, and deploy scalable AI solutions for real-world enterprise use.

This role emphasizes reliability, performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work on models, training workflows, and deployment strategies, collaborating with experienced engineers to shape AI architecture and scale AI work across client

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional software engineering with AI/ML in production.
• Strong Python background.
• Experience with cloud platforms and AWS GenAI offerings.
• Hands-on with AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy production AI/ML systems end-to-end, including data pipelines and training workflows.
• Maintain and improve AI systems in production, monitor drift and reliability, scale as needed.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to align AI work with business goals.
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions and participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Own meaningful parts of AI systems end-to-end, from development through production deployment.
