Job summary

Roca Alliances is seeking a senior AI Integrations Solutions Architect to own end-to-end integration architecture for the client’s AI platforms. You will design MCP/server architectures, data integrations, and agent workflows, delivering production-grade solutions while guiding teams and reporting to the Senior Director of AI Engineering & Architecture.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong security posture, and collaboration with US Eastern Time for daily overlap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across software, data or solutions architecture.
• 3+ years leading cross-team technical delivery.
• Experience designing and shipping production integrations on API, event-driven or agent-based architectures.
• Working knowledge of MCP or comparable tool-calling and agent integration patterns.
• Strong grounding in identity, access and audit design: OAuth/SSO, least privilege, service accounts and logging.
• Technical program management: roadmapping, dependency and risk management, stakeholder reporting.
• Strong Python and SQL, enough to review and prototype.
• Experience with a cloud data platform (Snowflake preferred) and enterprise SaaS data models (Salesforce preferred).
• Clear written communication: design doc, risk assessment, executive brief in same week.
• Advanced English and 4 hours daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Set secure, scalable patterns for MCPs, agent orchestration and data access.
• Make and document build, buy or adopt decisions for platforms, infrastructure and connectors.
• Lead design and security reviews, define reliability, latency, cost and observability.
• Own the integration portfolio roadmap, sequencing, capacity, risks and dependencies.
• Turn business demand into prioritized delivery plans with clear scope and criteria.
• Manage release readiness, change control, production sign-off and post-implementation reviews.
• Stay hands-on: review designs, code and configurations, unblock engineers.
• Mentor engineers on integration design, evaluation and operational ownership.
• Define quality measures for accuracy, reliability, cost and adoption with governance controls built in.
