Hyland (Colombia) is seeking an Associate Application Support Specialist to provide technical support for internal business systems. The role is remote with an indefinite-term contract, based in Colombia.

You will assist internal users, diagnose issues, and implement configuration changes while maintaining security and data integrity. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, have hands-on application support experience, and demonstrate strong communication,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal business user requests for assistance pertaining to internal business systems.
• Advocate for the end user by providing regular, proactive communication to requestors, keeping them fully informed on the progress of their requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using company systems, utilities, and support processes, collaborating with team members as needed.
• Implement platform configuration changes in line of business systems to fulfill business requests.
• Test all platform configuration changes to verify they meet business needs and perform as expected.
• Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of internal systems and data by adhering to company security protocols.
