Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for AI training to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write, review, and provide expert feedback to help AI coding assistants think more like developers.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract with 10-40 hours per week. Ideal candidates are proficient in Python, JavaScript, and at least one additional language, with strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
