Hire Feed is seeking software engineers across Latin America for a remote AI training program. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and write coding challenges to enhance AI model performance. Ideal for engineers seeking flexible, asynchronous work.

Compensation is up to $34 USD/hr with additional performance incentives. This is a fully remote position with a flexible workload.

Formación

• Open to junior, mid-level, or senior software engineers.
• Experience in full stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency.
• Rate AI responses for correctness and quality.
