Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers to shape AI-generated code from a fully remote, flexible contract role. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to improve safety, reliability, and quality of AI coding assistants.

You will work hands-on across languages, review AI-generated code for correctness, and design prompts to stress-test capabilities, all while managing your schedule independently.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages and able to read, write, and reason about code clearly.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Able to explain technical decisions in plain language and debug effectively.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently without supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn't.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling.
