Alignerr is seeking a software engineer for a fully remote, flexible hourly contract. You will write, review, and optimize code across languages and problem domains, helping AI systems learn to think like developers.

You will review AI outputs, identify bugs and performance issues, and provide structured feedback that explains decisions. You can work independently with your own schedule and time constraints.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI.
• Rank AI solutions by engineering quality; work asynchronously.
