NeoWork is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support practical AI and automation solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making. This remote role focuses on translating business needs into scalable, secure solutions using modern AI platforms and low-code tools.

You will partner with business and technical teams to prototype and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation across enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365,

• 3+ years delivering technology solutions, automation, or low-code projects.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI assistants, agents, workflows, and low-code apps.
• Develop prototypes to assess feasibility, usability, risk, and business value.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise data sources and manage data access securely.
• Build and run test cases; evaluate solutions for accuracy, reliability, security, and performance.
• Create technical documentation and implementation standards.
• Monitor and improve solutions based on performance data and user feedback.
• Apply security, data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices throughout the lifecycle.
• Support user training and adoption activities for AI tools.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and tools.
