PayJoy is seeking an Automation Engineer (Tools Specialist) to bridge low-code automation and software development, powering CX across 9 countries. You will own PHP/Python APIs, Zendesk AI Agents, IVR platforms, and N8N/Make workflows with end-to-end ownership.

Join a Global Tools team that collaborates across Brazil, South Africa, and Colombia, delivering AI-powered, data-driven solutions while maintaining strong autonomy and cross-cultural communication.

Formación

• Experience designing automation solutions end-to-end.
• Proficiency with PHP 8.x and RESTful APIs.
• Experience in CX, fintech, or operations-embedded teams across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain chatbot flows, IVR configurations, and low-code automation workflows (N8N, Make) for 9 countries.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs used by bots and IVR systems; manage releases via Git PR workflows.
• Contribute to AI platform evolution including Generative AI integrations and dynamic knowledge base management.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions; produce PRDs and documentation in Confluence.
• Participate in POCs for IVR platform migration (Amazon Connect, UJET) and support integration work.
• Own end-to-end delivery: backlog in Jira, unit/integration tests, post-release monitoring, and impact reporting.
