You will oversee social planning, publishing, community management, and reporting, collaborating with Storm specialists.

Qualifications

• Experience owning client relationships and complex delivery conversations.
• Strong systems mindset with ability to explain processes and improvements.
• Fluent written and spoken English; comfortable coordinating with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Build client confidence and own account rhythm with AI tools and workflows.
• Represent the client's point of view and keep knowledge structured for teams and agents.
