Our client is seeking a versatile AI Prompt & Technical Support / Account Technical Manager with experience in AI prompting, workflow configuration, account management, and third‑party integrations. You will play a key role in supporting customers, optimizing AI‑powered workflows, managing integrations, and coordinating technical solutions across multiple brands. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful adoption of new products and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize AI prompts and workflows to meet customer needs and improve operational performance.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
• Set up, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between platforms, applications, and business systems.
• Manage and optimize automation workflows using Make, Zapier, and other third‑party integration tools.
• Provide general customer and technical support, diagnose issues, document solutions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to communicate technical issues, identify the appropriate escalation channels, and facilitate effective resolution.
• Deliver cross‑brand support and adapt quickly to new products, systems, features, and technologies as business needs evolve.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with AI prompting, prompt optimization, and configuring or modifying AI‑powered workflows.
• Experience in account management, customer success, technical support, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and integration platforms such as Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between third‑party applications and business systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate technical issues and identify practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work across teams and the appropriate channels.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new products, platforms, systems, and features while supporting multiple brands and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI‑powered products, SaaS platforms, or automation‑focused solutions.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and basic integration troubleshooting.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts, brands, or product environments simultaneously.
• Ability to create technical documentation, workflow guides, and troubleshooting resources.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a remote or distributed environment.
