BairesDev is seeking a Fullstack Python + React Engineer to join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You will own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement.

What matters most is that you’re genuinely comfortable on both sides of the stack. You'll balance work across the stack, roughly 70/30 between backend and frontend, building

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.
• Experience shipping features with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.
• Build and maintain Python services powering core application logic.
• Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Balance work across the stack, roughly 70/30 between backend and frontend.
