BairesDev is seeking a Fullstack Python + React Engineer to join a globally distributed engineering team. You will own features end to end, from API logic to the user interface, powering an enterprise AI assistant used across HR, IT and Finance workflows.

We value 5+ years of Python experience, strong React/TypeScript skills, AWS familiarity, and excellent English. This is a 100% remote role with global collaboration and competitive USD compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.
• Experience shipping real features with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.
• Build and maintain Python services powering core application logic.
• Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Balance work across the stack, roughly 70/30 between backend and frontend.
