BairesDev is hiring a Fullstack Python + React Engineer to join our enterprise AI assistant team used daily by thousands across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You’ll own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement.

• 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.
• Experience shipping real features with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.
• Build and maintain Python services powering core application logic.
• Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.
• Balance work across the stack, roughly 70/30 between backend and frontend.
