FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with client teams, architect AI-infused systems, and ship production-ready solutions. You’ll balance consulting, engineering, and operational duties, ensuring trustworthy agents through solid data, retrieval, and evaluation practices.

You will lead discovery conversations with CIOs and engineering leaders, translating business needs into concrete AI-enabled architectures and scalable deployments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software development with mainstream stacks (Python, TS/Node.js, Java, C#/.NET, or Go).
• 1–4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production.
• Advanced English required and a four-year college degree completed.
• Hands-on with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).

Responsabilidades

• Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to uncover AI opportunities.
• Structure: map current processes and turn them into executable specs for people and AI.
• Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems with data, retrieval, and orchestration.
• Build: ship agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling with production-grade data flows.
• Engineer delivery: CI/CD for AI artifacts, prompt/versioning, and gated releases.
• Operate: after launch, manage evals, observability, latency, and handoff to client teams.
• Consult: defend decisions to CTOs/VPs and support pre-sales scoping.
