FullStack seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer in Colombia to embed with enterprise teams, shaping AI solutions from discovery through production. You’ll blend consulting, engineering, and operations, delivering end-to-end AI systems for regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll own data context, retrieval architecture, and guardrails, working across data science, engineering, and risk. The role requires strong English, 5+ years of software development, and a track record shipping

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of professional experience shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures in production environments.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state and turn it into executable specifications.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems focusing on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
• Operate CI/CD for AI deployments, including prompt and context versioning and eval suites.
• Day 2 operations: observability, retrieval metrics, cost and latency management, drift handling.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, defend decisions, and support pre‑sales scoping when needed.
