FullStack is seeking seasoned software engineers to embed with client teams, design AI-enabled systems, and deliver production-grade solutions. You will be responsible for sculpting requirements, architecting scalable architectures, and shipping working agents and automation pipelines.

The role blends consulting, hands-on engineering, and delivery leadership. Ideal candidates have deep experience across TypeScript/Node, Python, .NET/C#, and Java, with strong APIs and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional software development, backend-heavy, full-stack capable.
• Production experience in TypeScript/Node, Python, .NET/C#, or Java.
• Strong in APIs, service design, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Discover and workshop AI problems with stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
• Build working systems with hands-on development and prototyping.
• Own CI/CD, environments, and release processes.
• Consult with CTOs and VPs, supporting pre-sales where needed.
