FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver real-world results. You will own the problem from discovery through delivery, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal engineers to craft credible roadmaps and robust systems.
The role blends consultant, operator, and engineering work, requiring strong communication and a track record delivering production AI solutions in regulated or large-scale
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of professional software development experience across backend and frontend platforms.
- Proven ability to architect complex AI-infused systems inside enterprise environments.
- Experience in delivering production-grade software with CI/CD practices.
- Strong communications skills for working with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and business leadership.
Responsibilities
- Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders to scope defensible AI work.
- Structure the process and the spec for automated workflows and decision points.
- Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context management, and integration layers.
- Build. Ship working systems with hands-on prototyping and practical deliverables.
- Engineer the delivery system with CI/CD, environments, and operational guardrails.
- Consult. defend decisions in front of senior stakeholders and support pre-sales scoping when needed.
