Cadre AI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead production AI systems, including agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, and end-to-end deployment across client environments. You will own architecture, coding, testing, and maintenance to ensure scalable, reliable AI services.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience in production AI or fast-paced product environments.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and advanced RAG optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and Node.js; strong API and async processing knowledge.
• IaC tooling with Terraform or Pulumi; containerized deployments with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build complex backend AI modules: agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning across client environments.
• Translate architectural blueprints into production-grade code with robust error handling and observability.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI components from scaffold to deployment in client environments.
• Architect and optimize RAG pipelines over unstructured data; implement suitable vector databases and indexing.
• Build and maintain agentic systems with memory management and failure recovery; optimize prompts for latency and cost.
• Own deployment of AI services using modern IaC tools; write unit/integration/evaluation tests; maintain production systems with logging and alerts.
• Identify patterns across engagements and abstract reusable internal tools and libraries; contribute to Cadre's platform.
