Global Technology Services, Medelledn, Colombia, is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to lead software delivery across cross-functional teams in LATAM. The role emphasizes Agile leadership, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with business goals.

You will facilitate Agile processes, manage risks and dependencies, and report transparently while continuously improving delivery practices.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Project Management within software development environments.
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery models, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivery excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong blend of project management, Agile leadership, stakeholder communication, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at coordinating technical teams, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

As a key member of the delivery organization, you will facilitate Agile processes, manage project risks and dependencies, maintain transparency through effective reporting, and continuously improve team performance and delivery practices.

Required Skills & Experience
